Peraton is seeking a highly skilled All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support a government aviation program with a focus on operations. The successful candidate will leverage intelligence from multiple sources (SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, etc.) to support mission planning, decision-making, and operational success. The role involves analyzing complex data, producing actionable intelligence, and working closely with aviation and military teams to provide critical insights that enhance operational effectiveness and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intelligence analysis with experience supporting aviation or defense programs.

 

Examples of duties include but not limited to:

  • Analyze and integrate all-source intelligence (SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, etc.) to provide actionable insights that support aviation operations and mission planning.
  • Collaborate with aviation, operations, and military teams to assess operational requirements and ensure that intelligence products meet mission needs.
  • Produce intelligence assessments, briefings, and reports that inform key decisions related to aviation missions, including route planning, threat analysis, and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor and evaluate real-time intelligence feeds to support ongoing aviation operations, ensuring accurate and timely situational awareness for operational teams.
  • Identify, track, and analyze emerging threats to aviation platforms, providing detailed intelligence on adversary capabilities, tactics, and intentions.
  • Support mission debriefs, providing post-mission analysis to improve future operational planning and strategy.
  • Integrate intelligence data with operational data to enhance the overall understanding of the battlespace, providing holistic insights for aviation operations.
  • Collaborate with other intelligence disciplines to support operations, ensuring that all intelligence sources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain threat databases, including detailed intelligence on enemy forces, infrastructure, and other relevant targets in the operational environment.
  • Assist in the preparation of intelligence briefings and presentations for senior military and government officials, providing clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
  • Support OCONUS operations as required, providing on-the-ground intelligence support during deployments and exercises.
  • Ensure compliance with intelligence standards, regulations, and security protocols, particularly in aviation and defense contexts.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging intelligence tools, technologies, and methodologies to continually improve analysis and operational support.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, with a focus on supporting aviation or military operations.
  • Expertise in analyzing and integrating intelligence from multiple sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and others.
  • Strong understanding of aviation operations and the military operational environment.
  • Experience with intelligence tools, databases, and software used for analysis, such as DCGS, Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to produce intelligence reports, assessments, and briefings for senior leadership and operational teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable intelligence.
  • Familiarity with military aviation platforms, missions, and operational requirements is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present intelligence findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting government or military aviation programs, particularly in intelligence roles.
  • Knowledge of intelligence support for tactical and strategic aviation operations.
  • Familiarity with current and emerging threats to aviation platforms and assets.
  • Previous experience in OCONUS environments or supporting international operations.
  • Understanding of intelligence support to joint and coalition operations.
  • Advanced certifications in intelligence analysis, such as Certified Intelligence Professional (CIP) or similar.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Security Clearance:  This Position requires an Active TS/SCI with a FS Poly, US Citizenship is required to hold this clearance.  

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
