Program Overview
About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Business Analyst to join our team. The contractor shall provide software and hardware management and control which include the following:

  1. Identifying requirements for software, software licenses, and maintenance agreements to support CT Service functionality where software licenses cannot be provided as Government-Furnished Property (GFP).
  2. Identifying requirements for hardware and associated maintenance for server-based hardware requirements and other non-end user device equipment.
  3. Identifying requirements for hardware and software to support innovation, development, integration, and test environments.
  4. Developing, delivering, maintaining, and implementing plans, processes, and techniques to identify, quantify, monitor, and inventory hardware and software assets (including licenses and maintenance agreements).
  5. Providing the capabilities necessary to define, track, and control licenses procured under the contract and those licenses provided by the Sponsor for the full period of performance of the contract. This capability should be on-line/remotely accessible through standard features (e.g., browser) to provide the Sponsor with situational awareness and ensure compliance with applicable license terms and conditions.
  6. Delivering Hardware/Software Reports to track/audit hardware (equipment, parts, and materials) and software vendors, titles, licenses, quantities, costs, versions, and usage to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of each.
  7. Maintaining records in accordance with Sponsor identified policies to support audit requirements.

*Position is contingent upon Spring 2025 contract award*

Qualifications
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
  • BA/BS and 5+ years of experience; Masters and 3+ years of experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting, with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau a plus.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.

Details

Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
