Responsibilities
Peraton requires a Business Operations Lead for the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber-Defense, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR) services for the Long-Range Enterprise Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Activity (LEIA) Task Order at Camp H.M Smith, Hawaii in support of Special Operations Command, Pacific (SOCPAC). SOCPAC requires contractor services to provide a broad spectrum of C6ISR capabilities to facilitate SOCPAC missions.
The Business Operations Lead executes data driven business analysis and goal setting through administration and operational tasks, under the direction of a Program Manager. In absence of Program Manager, this position will operate under the direction of the Program Operations Lead. Provides financial forecasting and execution to forecasts through day-to-day management of internal business processes across functional departments. Directs in logistics and procurement of resources and management for employee, contractor and subcontract operations. Serves as primary interface for field operations to corporate accounting, legal. Manages inside internal inventory, risk management, customer terms and conditions negotiations and closure of inventory. Generates protocol and standard procedures for completion of work associated with business direction, contract compliance and customer expectations.

- Develop and manage key metrics to track and manage performance.
- Develop and deliver progress reports.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the program.
- Actively identify and lead continuous improvement efforts in direct and indirect areas of responsibility.
- Contribute to the development of the Program Management Plan and the Mission-Essential Contractor Services Plan, and work effectively within the team to achieve planned goals/objectives.

- Ensure that direct report(s) are trained and evaluated on their knowledge and adherence to the company’s values, Code of Ethics and Conduct, and applicable compliance policies.

Qualifications
Required:
- The chosen candidate for this position must posess A fully adjudicated Secret clearance.
- 16 years of applicable and relevant experience,
Preferred:
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Strong background and understanding of government agencies, security policy and regulations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in personnel management with experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills

Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
