Responsibilities
Peraton seeks a Cyber Operational Planner with geographic combatant command experience or Army Service Component Command experience to support the ARCYBER G5 Plans and Strategy Directorate. Location: Fort Eisenhower, GA. Provide ARCYBER G5 with long-term cyber operational planning in support of the Department of Defense cyber enterprise.
Tasks:
- Support the development of the Command’s strategies, long-range plans, and institutional planning efforts and concepts
- Support the development of OPLANS and CONPLANS in coordination with other ARCYBER directorates
- Develop, review, and participate in Joint Planning Groups/Operational Planning Teams (OPTs)
- Involve ARCYBER subordinate commands in planning (including directing planning activities, as well as assisting subordinate commands with planning obligations).
- Research reports, draft official correspondence, and develop detailed cyber-related presentations for Director G5 and other command senior leaders
- Applying formal MDMP methodology, lead team development of OPLAN annexes and appendices
- Support all aspects of G5 Operations to synchronize efforts and improve continuity, processes, and procedures
- Perform Action Officer Duties as assigned in support of G5 as directed by the G5 or Division chiefs. These functions may include, but are not limited to:
- serving as the lead for the staffing internal and external taskers (at the AO/O6/GO levels);
- serving as the lead conference management;
- serving as the lead for OPT management to include the setting up of VTCs, coordinating meeting location and invitations, tracking task assignment per OPT, conducting product development and refinement, and providing EXSUMs on all meetings attended
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
- Planning experience specific to Europe and/or EUCOM
- Army Unified Network background -- should be familiar with Army networks and plans to transition an Army Unified Network through ORGNET Convergence, cArmy, and Zero Trust
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service or Joint Operations Planner at Division, MAGTF, Wing or higher command level
- Complete working knowledge of the MDMP/JOPP, Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES), and APEX planning formats and guidance
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph and ability to obtain MEAD clearance
- U.S Citizen
Desired Qualifications:
- Cyber experience and/or expertise
- Graduate of SAMS, JAWS, or equivalent
- JPME II Level

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
