Responsibilities
We are hiring a Executive Comms Device Administrator for our Air Force program in Bellevue, Nebraska.
What you'll do:
- Provide administrative oversight of documentation, collecting user agreements, equipment accountability/tracking, and current status of DMUC, DMCC-S, and WINDAR-S devices. This includes providing basic user training for those signing out a device.
- Provide frontline in-person and over-the-phone technical support for DMUC, DMCC-S, and WINDAR-S devices to include being routed tickets from the Customer Service Desk (CSD) to work to completion. With STRATCOM/J62 on-the-job training as well as DISA-provided tech training, this support should be able to perform basic troubleshooting and more advanced troubleshooting after DISA DMCC/WINDARS training.
- Troubleshooting will follow pre-established priority scheme for VIPs, high-impacted users, etc.
- Frontline troubleshooting includes working with warfighter on connection issues, software/firmware download issues, certificate issues, provisioning issues, adding/deleting user accounts on the devices, and other Tier 1 and basic Tier 2 efforts.
- Will work with DISA Program Office to troubleshoot more complex issues.
- If necessary, this support contractor will ship devices back to the DISA backend tech support for more complex repairs. Will use government mailroom for this function and will track status of devices during full cycle of repair status.
Qualifications
What you'll need:
- 2 years with a BS/BA 0 with a MS/MA, or 6 years of applicable experience in lieu of degree
- Certifications: DoD 8570, IAT Level II, Sec+
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
