Responsibilities
The Front Office Systems Integrator (SI) will provide integration support to the office in planning and coordinating multiple activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage ongoing action tracking processes and complex integration support activities
- Work with others to clarify actions as needed
- Ensure responses are timely, thorough, and appropriately vetted prior to submission
- Identify ways to improve the action process
- Facilitate review of highly technical information related to actions or project statuses
- Assist with coordinating and facilitating weekly governance meetings on an ad hoc basis
- Provide leadership meeting support as needed and/or requested
- Recognize and analyze problems/issues, and offer options for resolution
- Work seamlessly with contractors of other organizations and customer employees at all levels
Qualifications
Required:
- TS/SCI with Poly
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7
- Requires 11 years with BS/BA or 9 years with MS/MA or 5 years with PhD
- Excellent analytic and critical thinking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to compose and deliver responses to all levels of inquiries
- Knowledge of high-priority issues and items of interest to the customer's leadership team
- Ability to manage difficult situations with diplomacy, patience, and flexibility
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office products, as well as other customer tools and applications
- Ability to understand complex technical material and translate into non-technical terms
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to develop working relationships and networks with managers, staff, external resources, and colleagues
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service in anticipating and responding to the leadership needs
- Foundational understanding of customer's organization and function

- Demonstrated knowledge of customer regulations, policies, and unique authorities
- Demonstrated knowledge of protocol, precedence, and organizational rules
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance procedures to ensure data integrity and timeliness of data
- Working knowledge of the customer's action tracking tool
Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
