Responsibilities
The Front Office Systems Integrator (SI) will provide integration support to the office in planning and coordinating multiple activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide executive-level organizational performance support to the organization's front office
- Provide executive-level consultation to the organization's front office on a broad range of strategic topics
- Translate organizational priorities into business process, including:
- Process design, improvement, and implementation
- Governance design, documentation, and implementation
- Integrate data from disparate data sources to create new insights
- Analyze resource usage metrics from across several different sub-organizations to identify opportunities for optimization
- Develop content for executive level briefings and dashboards to develop business cases for the organization's front office
Qualifications
Required:
- TS/SCI with Poly
- Requires 11 years with BS/BA or 9 years with MS/MA or 5 years with PhD
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with relevant customer business systems
- Ability to quickly learn and use new IT systems
- Ability to identify, acquire, and combine relevant business data to inform executives
- Experience designing, improving, and implementing business processes
- Exceptional initiative and ability to operate with limited oversight
- Broad management consulting skillset, such as:
- Strategic planning
- Organizational design
- Process design
- Governance design
- Facilitation
Desired:
- Experience automating business processes
- Experience designing efficient mechanisms to collect business data
- Experience drafting written communications for an executive-level audience
- Experience supporting the physical relocation of large organizations
Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
