Customer Technical Support will provide support for all computer networks and systems with an emphasis on customer services and call/ticket resolution at differing classification levels including controlled unclassified information, Secret,  and Top Secret.

• Performs Incident, Problem, and Access Management tasks as well as Request Fulfillment. 
• Perform escalated troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of outages and other problems utilizing existing documentation, knowledge base articles, or guidance from Subject Matter Experts (SME).
• Document and track all IT related issues/requests.
• Provide troubleshooting analysis and mitigation plans to ensure issues are resolved.
• Provide Accounts Management, Air Force Standard Desktop Configuration loads, and general network troubleshooting for NIPRNet, and SIPRNet.
• Perform the installation and maintenance of equipment, connection of peripherals, and the installing/deleting of client level software and ensure all documentation is in accordance with AF and DoD policies, guidance, and directives.


• Active TS required with SCI eligibility. 
• 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD (additional experience accepted in lieu of degree)

• Experience working on or managing a service desk.

• Education, training, or professional experience working with various Information Technology Platforms with increasing levels of responsibility.

• Certification required: DoD 8570 Security+ Certification (minimum)

Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
