The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.
As a Network Security Administrator, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization’s information systems and data integrity. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures that protect our network from internal and external threats. Network Security Administrators are required to have a strong technical background, including knowledge of networking architecture, authentication practices, and security administration. Network Security Administrators should have strong troubleshooting, analytic and diagnostic skills, as well as good communication skills. This position requires close collaboration with IT teams, management, and other stakeholders to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend effective solutions. The Network Security Administrator shall prepare technical implementation plans that provide integrated solutions, including actions, milestones, timelines, and critical paths required for complete solutions. The Network Security Administrator is required to research applicable standards and requirements documents.
