  • Outreach and engagement within a functional area.
  • Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports.
  • Facilitate communication requirements across an entire agency.
  • Develop and implement communication plans. Provide recommendations on communication approaches for clients.
  • Ability to provide additional support or backfill manning gaps for advisement efforts with Federal, Private, Foreign and Academic programs, as needed.
  • Uses the DEIA Maturity Framework and Constituent Relationship Management Tool to facilitate identification, categorization, documentation, collaboration, and reporting of current and future Partners.
  • Acts as a technical liaison with partners
  • Coordinates partnership activities, including assessments, briefings, trainings and evaluations. 
  • Uses NarQuest to receive, process, and monitor requests for specific services


  • Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • BS+18 years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or no degree and 24+ years of experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required.
  • Previous partnership engagement, Outreach, or DEIA experience desired.
  • Experience with working in the Intelligence Community desired.

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
