About the Role:
As a SharePoint Developer you will be at the forefront of designing, customizing, and launching customer workflows that automate business processes and optimize digital interactions. You will be responsible for developing dynamic websites, web parts, forms, lists, and libraries using a variety of programming languages and technologies, including PowerShell, JavaScript, CSS, Microsoft .NET, and HTML.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and Automate Workflows: Develop customized workflows and automate business processes to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Build and Enhance Digital Solutions: Create and maintain high-performing websites, web parts, forms, and custom applications tailored to user needs.
- Metadata Management: Update and manage metadata terms systematically to ensure information is accurately categorized and easily retrievable.
- Ensure Quality and Compliance: Develop solutions that comply with software standards, regulations, and guidelines, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Analyze and Optimize: Work closely with users to understand their needs and analyze software requirements, ensuring solutions are feasible within time and cost constraints.
- SharePoint Customization and Integration: Perform customizations, integrations, and upgrades in various environments, adhering to Configuration Management, Change Management, and Security protocols.
- Implement Updates and Fixes: Recommend, install, and test new releases, product updates, hot fixes, and service packs to ensure the SharePoint environment is up-to-date and secure.
- Develop and Customize Tools: Create and enhance dashboards, websites, employee libraries, and reports within SharePoint to provide valuable insights and information access.
- Maintain Managed File Shares (MFS): Ensure Managed File Shares are maintained according to standard operating procedures and manage user access and permissions effectively.
- Provide Expert Support: Offer technical support and guidance to our team and customer SharePoint users, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Data Management: Perform data retrieval and backup procedures to protect against data loss and maintain information integrity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, CSS, Microsoft .NET, and HTML.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, customization, and integration.
- Experience in workflow automation and business process improvement.
- Ability to analyze user needs and develop solutions within time and budget constraints.
- Familiarity with Configuration Management, Change Management, and Security policies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to provide effective technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
Required skills:
- Full time work in a SCIF is required, but hours are flexible.
- Active TS clearance adjudication with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain polygraph
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years in a SharePoint developer role
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of SharePoint Server engineering experience.
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of client interaction and working independently as a thought leader.
- Proven experience with workflow design, web site design, web part design, list/library engineering and debugging using various programming languages (PowerShell, JavaScript, CSS, Microsoft .net, HTML).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment
- Work in a SCIF is required, but hours are flexible
Desired skills:
- Security+ or other IAT II/III level certification that is currently active
- Team lead experience

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
