Peraton has an opening for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to aid in program integration activities. Become part of our team where we will partner with our client and the United States Space Force (USSF) to lead systems engineering and integration activities for delivering the next generation of Missile Warning (MW), Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR), and Environmental Monitoring (EM) capabilities. We will assist the US Space Force (USSF) in developing, deploying, and integrating remote sensing space systems as part of the Space Sensing (SN) Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) team in El Segundo, CA.
This position requires expertise in a variety of tool environments such as Microsoft Office Suite, Risk, Requirements, Architecture Management, Agile, JIRA, and other leading industry product lines. The qualified candidate requires an understanding of Space Systems in order to integrate big picture system and programmatic thinking with Space Segment, Ground Segment and User Segment architectures. The position requires a collaborative approach to gather required data using agile or traditional system engineering methods from multiple sources and from multiple customers across the program office with intent to display it in a useful manner to enable review and decisions. You will be the lead point of contact for managing program risk, process planning, acquisition and programmatic integration efforts. Together, our goal is to develop a team that is innovative, professional, and eager to apply their expertise to support the mission that ultimately provides critical information from cutting edge systems to our warfighters to deter and defeat our enemies in battle.
