Responsibilities

Peraton has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Mobility Service Owner Lead to provide contractor management, direction, administration, and leadership of the execution of their respective site’s requirements for the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) in support of United States (U.S.) Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The Mobility Service Owner Lead will be responsible for assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing SITEC 3 EOM technical efforts, coordinating with the USSOCOM TPOC, and managing the overall site’s performance.

 

The Mobility Service Owner Lead needs to be self-motivated and required to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally. The Mobility Service Owner Lead must have good management and communications skills to interact and coordinate effectively interfacing with both internal and external executive leadership team. The Mobility Service Owner Lead is responsible for managing technical issues and business processes; managing and responding to Government issues, concerns, and comments; and alerting the Government proactively to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitations issues. The Mobility Service Owner Lead will be the main interface between the USSOCOM end customers, the SITEC 3 EOM contractor, component Deputy Program Managers, and the component J6 management staff and provide input into the management activities within their functional area. The Mobility Service Owner Lead will manage the Contractor and subcontractor staff, ensure staff development and mentor as applicable as well as work with third-party vendors applicable to their site as needed. The Mobility Service Owner Lead will manage teams of contract support at multiple locations. The Mobility Service Owner Lead is required to organize, direct, and manage all support functions involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks. Mobility Service Owner Lead must be able to review task plans and deliverable items, manage schedules in line with financial budget. The Mobility Service Owner Lead will ensure all personnel in his/her responsibility receive adequate guidance and direction for performing their daily tasks and will be responsible for developing/presenting briefings, preparing correspondence, and preparing project status reports as required.

 

Typical Responsibilities include:
Experience in managing day-to-day services for mobility kits for classified, unclassified and other National Security Agency (NSA) approved devices for remote network access as well as approved peripheral devices to integrate the mobility kit router and computing devices.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS 12-15, MS 10-13,  PhD 10+.  Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Must possess a TS clearance with eligibility for SCI
  • Must possess five (5) years of experience managing IT professionals
  • Must possess experience with site-specific logistics and technical challenges in a dynamic functional, management, and technical environment
  • Must possess experience working on a global-based, enterprise-wide project communicating with local and long-distance Government personnel
  • Must possess experience with mobile device management
  • Must possess experience with accreditation via National Security Agency
  • Must possess certifications in one or more or commensurate of the following:
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • CompTIA Network+
  • Juniper Networks Certified Associate

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

• Possess experience with IT Service Delivery using an ITIL/ITSM framework similar in size, scope, and complexity to the requirements of this TO.
• Certifications in one or multiple Cloud Service Provider umbrellas: Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Azure (MicroSoft) / Other.
• Certifications in the following: Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
• Experience (assigned or working with) the SOF community.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
