Join Peraton in support to USINDOPACOM, its subordinate unified commands, component commands, direct reporting units, standing joint task forces, and strategic mission partners. We will provide enterprise-wide professional services to address staffing gaps and sustain operational readiness during peacetime, wartime, and contingency operations. Our services will cover critical functions that enable effective and efficient mission execution in a dynamic global threat and geo-political security environment across the USINDOPACOM AOR. They include but are not limited to Program Management and Services in Planning, Logistics, Training, Strategic Engagement, Analytics, Business Management and Communication.
As the Strategic Resource Manager (Human Resources), you shall identify any resource (personnel) gaps in the Program to ensure program tasks are completed on time and budget, and staffed properly. Analyzes overall program resources to identify shortfalls and deficiencies. Works directly with Program Manager and Task Leads to ensure program staffing issues are resolved in a timely manner. Leads program's talent acquisition process to identify viable candidates for hire. Works directly with HR, Security, and other Functional Areas to completed on-boarding activities for new personnel. Responsibilities include interviewing, selection and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; authoring and discussing performance appraisals with employees; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards. Leads and manages onboarding activities, to include integrating new employees with identified team/manager. Coordinates with internal task managers, FSO, human resources, functional managers, and the client to ensure the new hire has the information and tools needed to become a productive member of the team. Collaborates with PM to formulate training and incentive plans, maintain efficient team structure and performance through analytics, processes and tools, maximizing new client engagement and working with the leadership team to develop plans to meet future needs. Leads and reports on all staffing and relocation activities. Executes sourcing, recruiting, and vetting under PM direction. Processes hiring, clearance, badging, and system access actions; schedules re-familiarization and role-based training; and compiles Onboarding Packet. Compiles and produces staffing and other ad hoc reports for transition as needed.
