Peraton is seeking a Systems Administrator to become part of Peraton’s Citizens Security & Public Services, Department of Homeland Security team in our remote team.
The Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), and Informatica PowerCenter/IICS environments. This role involves deploying patches, software upgrades, security mitigations, and code/RPD deployments, as well as working with vendors to resolve security vulnerabilities.
Day to Day Work and Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BI Administrator supporting Oracle OBIEE and/or Informatica IICS/PowerCenter.
Proficiency in shell scripting and automation tools.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Strong understanding of database management systems, including Oracle DB and Postgres.
Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
