Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an experienced Systems Infrastructure Risk Analyst to join our team.

 

Location: Arlington. VA (Hybrid)

 

Analytic activities include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting data analytics, including enterprise and technical architecture, systems engineering and technical assistance.
  • Performing risk analysis, including cyber and infrastructure analysis, and incident response.
  • Aligning requirements, capabilities, and data available to DHS to understand and mitigate risks to critical infrastructure.
  • Reviewing and analyzing systems and assets to identify risks for cascading impacts.
  • Planning support, including strategic planning, and program management.
  • Analytical writing and data visualization
  • Supporting potential work surges to support changing priorities due to new and updated risk management initiatives that support the evolving mission space.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; or 10 years with MS/MA. May consider a minimum 16 years in lieu of degree
  • Must have at least ten (10+) years of experience in a Critical Infrastructure and/or engineering field (systems, nuclear, biochemical, civil, or chemical), operations research, and/or advanced computing (to include AI); and demonstrated knowledge of the engineered systems that are central to the 16 Critical Infrastructure (CI) sectors outlined in PPD-21.
  • Expertise in applying Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) concepts and frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO) to address operational risk in the public and/or private sectors.
  • Experience developing, maturing, and implementing Risk Registers and building Risk Register governance in the public and/or private sectors.
  • Experience communicating and documenting methodologies used to prioritize risk.
  • Experience working cross-sector in Critical Infrastructure and in an inter-agency environment where coordination was critical to success.
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding the socio-technical implications of potential changes in the strategic operating environment related to critical infrastructure
  • Ability to demonstrate anticipatory risk identification and management to include developing potential mitigation strategies related to critical infrastructure security and resilience.
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Active TS/SCI.
    • The selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated DHS background investigation (EOD) for continued employment

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
