Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Level Test Engineer to be part of a small integrated test team performing IV&V activities. Candidate will work with end users, developers, government leadership, and technical SMEs to understand the system, test it, and identify items that are outside the desired performance parameters. Candidate will execute existing test procedures, develop new procedures for emerging requirements, and potentially brief results of testing. Ad hoc duties can range to other parts of the SE lifecycle when needed for surge support.

 

The candidate will need experience in performing end user testing, regression testing, and have exposure to agile methodologies. It is preferable to have some analytical or geospatial experience, but not required.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Undergrad degree in STEM field
  • 12+ years of experience in government or industry in relevant work areas including: DoD/IC acquisition processes, requirements processes, PPBES or system engineering of large, complex system of systems
  • 8+ years of experience with systems engineering lifecycle
  • 8+ years of experience supporting the assessment, evaluation, and deployment of new or emerging technologies into operations or the architectural impacts and recommending a path forward
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or technical team leadership
  • TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
