We are hiring! We are adding a Business Systems Analyst to the team. This qualified individual will support and work directly with the Application Development and CBAF Teams.

What you will do: 

• Gather and analyze new work requests (ex. new file transfer connections) for applications that have moved to the FAPC but have components remaining in the TWAI. Will translate the customers’ requirements into a Remedy ticket
• Represent the change on CAB/iCAB and manage the change through completion by working with the TWAI Operations and the FRB application team.
• Gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems
• Works independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance related to the business implications of the application of various systems.
• Devises and/or modifies procedures to solve technical problems related to computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results Creates detailed specifications from which programs will be written.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 5 years of experience. Additional 4 years of experience maybe accepted in lieu of the degree
• Proficient in creating tickets in Remedy Ticketing System
• Knowledge of Managed File Transfer products like Connect
• Should be able to deliver complex information clearly in verbal and written form. 
• Should have experience functioning as part of a team. They need the flexibility to collaborate with multiple teams within our organization, from TWAI Operations (MFT, CM, etc.), TSD Client Services (CBA, CSM, etc.), and FRB Application Development & CBAF
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct and Secure Transport is a plus
