Responsibilities

Peraton is hiring a Document Contral Administrator at USSTRATCOM/J6, Offutt AFB, Nebraska.

 

What you will do:

  • Processes project documents including but not limited to, assigning file codes, scanning documents, and completing the applicable metadata into the document repository, routing and distribution, hard copy document filing and fulfillment of document retrieval requests.
  • Processes and maintains project documents and updates master copies of drawings/specifications, logs/binders and implements document control procedures.
  • Collects, maintains, and distributes documents necessary to define product configuration and control technical processes that ensure conformance to customer requirements.
  • Maintains a comprehensive computer database for all documents to be retained in the Process Asset Library (PAL).
  • Collects and maintains files of the latest revision level documentation necessary to define product configuration and control technical or manufacturing processes.
  • Ensures timely distribution of latest revision level documentation to appropriate users and ensures that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution.
  • Determining and establishing ITCC II program and USSTRATCOM system/service performance measures. With the following organizational goals:
  • Ensure the availability of system/service capabilities
  • Efficiently utilize available staff resources
  • Provide timely response to USSTRATCOM mission requests for new features or services
  • Ensure the successful implementation of system changes
  • Define key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Responsible for collaborating with ITCC II Line of Service (LoS) Leads for producing metrics reports
  • Responsible for tracking and providing status reports on PWS performance measures/SLA and Award Term targets, ensuring that targets are met and providing notification to the proper levels of management when performance measures/SLAs and incentive targets are at risk of not being met.
  • Support the Availability Process owner in his/her role as the Availability Process Manager
  • Provide metrics input to monthly CDRL reporting
Qualifications

What you will need:

  • 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
  • TS/SCI security clearance
  • Experience Processing, distributing, and maintaining controlled documentation using a document control system.
  • Experience indentifying, collecting, and presenting metrics for data-based decision processes

Target Salary Range

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
