Responsibilities
- Develop mission focused strategic plans that capture existing capabilities and outline future capabilities and high level dependencies
- Create reports and briefings that easily and succinctly describe the highly complex program and its future plans
- Develop regular status reporting for leadership to share with senior executives across the Sponsor's partners
- Develop mechanisms to share technical accomplishments and progress to non-technical audiences and mission stakeholders
- Validate, document and manage stakeholder expectations in concert with customer
- Assist Sponsor managers with modifying or establishing processes to implement strategic plans
- Design, develop and deliver executive level communications and briefings on the organization transformation and business process changes for time sensitive high visibility audiences
- Execute strategic plans and complete action items to support Sponsor
- Aiding in meeting facilitation and information sessions or conference planning
- Assisting Sponsor in assessing, documenting and tracking program requirements and follow-on exchange meetings
- Compose and maintain correspondence documentation such as operating procedures and internal memorandums
- Work independently and among team with minimal supervision to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
- Customer domain experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills ensuring that all correspondence is timely, polished, and accurately represents the customer.
- Use confidentiality and discretion when coordinating correspondence, respecting privacy and sensitivity issues.
- Individual must be highly organized and able to maintain an accurate schedule in Microsoft Outlook while anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Candidate must be proactive and show good judgement and discretion.
- Individual will support the office by serving as the point of contact for scheduling, admin questions, and coordination with officers.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up to support the customer’s needs, multi-task, work autonomously, take the initiative to provide creative alternatives to intractable challenges or systemic problems.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment co-located with multiple contractor and customer teammates.
Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
