Responsibilities

Peraton seeks a Governance & Policy Planner with Intel background to support the ARCYBER G2.  in this role, provide the ARCYBER G2 with Intelligence Enterprise policy and regulatory oversight of activiites such as, intelligence operations, Prioritized Intelligence Requirements development, Security support, Enterprise Intelligence Architecture.  

Tasks inlcude:

  • Support the Intelligence Oversight, Foreign Disclosure, Classification, and Special Access Control Program Management
  • Support training and education on national policies, rules, guidelines, and instructions that govern each program and promote fundamental understanding by providing subject matter expertise.
  • Prepare specific program inspections (IO, FDO, CAO) as required by regulation and inspection guidance.
  • Assist in tracking training across the enterprise as required by regulation.
  • Perform the drafting and compilation of command polices and processes to the Governance Cell for final approval and implementation
  • Ensure intelligence personnel are trained in the execution of intelligence policies, processes, systems, and tools.
  • Ensure all applicable intelligence doctrine and published work is in accordance with established standards and style
  • Comply with DoD Directive (DoDD) 5148.13 Intelligence Oversight Section 4:  Contractor personnel conducting intelligence or intelligence-related activities or supporting those efforts are required to report any Questionable Intelligence Activities (QIA) or Significant/Highly Sensitive Matters (S/HSM) 
Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA;  Will consider HS +12 years of experience.
  • Must have experience as Intelligence Analyst and/or Planner. 
  • Able to monitor and review strategies, doctrine, policies, and directives to ensure compliance.
  • Able to provide input to briefings, transitioning concepts to execution, and assisting in the coordination of operational planning in support of training, exercises, and operations.
  • Able to provide input for the development of TTPs, CONOPs, COAs.
  • Able to provide input to address shortfalls, prioritize and validate requirements, and to modify development planning efforts.
  • Requires active TS/SCI Polygraph or ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph and MEAD clearance.
  • U.S Citizenship required.

Preferred:

  • In-depth knowledge of SIGINT and/or OSINT authorities, policies, regulations, production dissemination
  • Extensive knowledge of single source authorities and product line requirements, training, tools, dissemination, and reporting.
  • Experience drafting and implementing command or organizational policy, and guidance

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
