Responsibilities

Peraton is looking for a ITCC Deputy Program Manager to support our Combatant and Command Programs in Omaha, NE.  Ideal candidate will need to be local and work on base (Offutt AFB). 

 

What you'll do: 

  • Report directly to the PM
  • Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate program/project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. 
  • Accountability to meeting all contract objectives
  • Secondary POC to senior customers, the COR, and the KO
  • Detailed direction for projects/finance/budget/contracts
  • Technical understanding of work areas
  • Active knowledge of emerging technologies
  • Deliver high quality CDRLs on time
  • Implement short/long-term strategic goals
  • Coordinate with subcontractor leads
  • Focus on healthy staffing and recruiting
  • Help retain staff and develop employees
  • Collaborate with senior corporate leads
  • Define and enforce program policies
  • Implement efficiencies and manage risk

Qualifications

What you'll need:

 

  • 16 years’ experience
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Active PMP certification
  • Familiarity with DoD customers and/or Combatant & Command IT
  • Enterprise IT experience – leading or supporting $50M in labor total contract value
  • DoD Mission Support - led programs supporting core IT (network/compute/storage) O&M
  • Previous experience/technical knowledge- providing guidance and analysis regarding network/system outages
  • Strong presentation, teamwork, and communication skills

 

In addition, this role requires:

  • Working on a SCIF with the team and customer (Offutt AFB) 5 days a week and also being available nights/weekends for the occasional call related to an anomaly (a couple times a quarter, the DPM will need to come in off hours).
  • Must be open to relocating to the Omaha area.

Target Salary Range

$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
