Responsibilities
We are seeking a Lead System Administrator (SA)/ Network Engineer (NE) responsible for leading a team of system and cloud administrators, IT security engineers, and software engineers delivering network, workstation, and application support across an organization. The Lead SA/NE is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of IT infrastructure for an independent test center and may be expected to manage the teams providing test tool development and automation services. The Lead SA/NE may lead the teams conducting end-to-end solution testing and system demos.
The System Administrator/Network Engineer will be part of a team who are responsible to:
- Perform installation, configuration, updates, and support of applications that are part of the internal support environment
- Systems administration and network support to the mission environment and servers.
- Calibrate monitors for evaluation workstations in compliance with all applicable standards, guidelines and instructions.
- Manage and maintain Outlook mail groups and security groups.
- Create and manage Active Directory distribution and security groups
- Provide file system management services to include: file management support, and folder and file permissions/restrictions control
- Provide SharePoint support and administration for file management.
- Support establishment, accreditation, maintenance, and support of T&E prototyping, test, staging, and production environments across different domains
- Provide management, maintenance, and administration of the test environment; create, track and maintain user accounts for the test environment.
Qualifications

Required Experience/Education:
- Must have a minimum of a Top Secret clearance and willing to upgrade clearance to TS/SCI and sit for and pass a polygraph within 30 days of employment or at customers request- Contract requires TS/SCI with poly.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Management or a related field.
- 10 + years of experience performing duties of a Systems Administrator/Network Engineer for development/integration programs/project
- Experience administering Windows, UNIX, and Cloud based systems
- Experience implementing and managing Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) instances to host tools and/or services across multiple domains.
- Experience leading an agile, fast-paced engineering and development team.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Experience coordinating across offices, organizations, and contracts to accomplish system, network, and infrastructure access/changes.
- Experience with DevSecOps platforms, pipelines, processes, and support tools (e.g. Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Jenkins, Redmine, etc.)
- Experience in the application of security policy, procedures, and technology to include ICD 503 requirements, Cross Domain Devices, PKI, Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC), Secure Socket Layer (SSL), and system hardening/certification testing.
- Experience identifying root causes, impediments, and solutions.
- Experience identifying and addressing system/application security vulnerabilities, leading to receipt of Authority to Operate (ATO).
- Experience performing analysis of a similar system and using the results to recognize interface impacts.
- Experience or working knowledge supporting the planning and scheduling events associated with a T&E environment
- Comprehensive understanding of systems development lifecycle and enterprise systems architecture.

- Experience transitioning bare metal capabilities to a cloud infrastructure
- Experience or working knowledge supporting the planning and scheduling events associated with a T&E environment.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or an equivalent Cloud-based architecture.
Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
