Position Description:
As a Microsoft SQL Server Database Engineer, you will be responsible for a range of exciting tasks:
Perform database administration activities, including the installation and maintenance of database management software, and the design and implementation of predictive analysis.
Configure, provision, operate, and administer database management systems and related software, as well as backend storage server and hardware platforms.
Design, install, monitor, maintain, and fine-tune production databases while ensuring high data availability.
Contribute to the development and implementation of database policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and availability, including software updates.
Collaborate closely with the development, business, and operations teams to ensure the security and confidentiality of data.
Take ownership of the availability, reliability, and integrity of business data stored in production databases.
Additionally, please note that while you will be required to work full-time in a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility), we offer flexible working hours to accommodate your needs.
