Responsibilities

The candidate will assist both Organizational Development and DC3's Defense Cyber Operation Panel (DCOP) Liaison Officer (LNO) Government Leads in creating, building, maturing, and changing existing content to help steer the DC3 mission, assist facilitating change management, assist in the implementation of organizational development strategies that support products delivered to stakeholders that span across the Air Force, Defense Criminal Investigative Organizations (DCIO), Military Department Counterintelligence Organizations (MDCO), and Law Enforcement/Counterintelligence (LE/CI) personnel across the DoD and Federal sectors.

  • Candidate needs to be open-minded, have an inquiring mind, and have strong analytical skills
  • Assists Government Lead in creating, building, maturing, and changing existing content to help steer the DC3 mission
  • Assist facilitating change management
  • Support leadership training development
  • This position requires a candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be well organized, detail-oriented, an active listener, keen problem-solving, and ability with negotiating schedules
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of organizational development strategies
  • Ability to partner effectively to identify opportunities for process enhancements
  • Must have experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint – specifically for presentations)
  • Must be available to support virtual and in-person events as scheduled; travel within the National Capitol Region (NCR) is expected (Ft Belvoir)
  • Assist in the creation of surveys and compilation of data to generate recommendations
  • Assist in curation of content on various knowledge management portal
Qualifications
  • US Citizen
  • Active/Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Associates degree and 7+ years of experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience; OR Master’s Degree and 3+ years of experience. Or 0 years with PhD. However, four (4) years of additional relevant experience or specialized training will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in training and development, employee engagement, wellness, analyst or high-level administrative support; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
  • Desired Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or Six Sigma Certification.

Target Salary Range

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
