Peraton is hiring a PMO Systems Administrator (SA) to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Annapolis Junction, MD. As a Systems Administrator on our team, you will support the Program Management Office of one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at our contractor location.
As a PMO Systems Administrator on our team you will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems; manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems; provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all the desktops/network devices, mobile devices, etc; and provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
In addition, you will provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers; provide support for the secure and unclassified systems; provide support for hardware problems; remain involved in the resolution process; configure and manage Windows operating systems; install/load operating system software; troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network component; and implement operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
