Responsibilities

The Policy Analyst will be responsible for the following day-to-day duties:

 

  • Provide coaching and facilitation that support the adoption of Agile and DevOps within teams, across all levels of the organization, with a focus on delivering value
  • Coaching may be required to work at any level of the organization, ranging from individual development teams, to programs, portfolios, divisions, and executive leadership
  • Assist the agency to establish the appropriate processes for managing a portfolio of work in an agile way to drive strategic change across the organization

*Position is contingent upon contract award*

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as policy analyst, government contracts manager, or related field
  • Current GSA Public Trust or ability to obtain GSA Public Trust
  • Strong working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and/or Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations applicable to the IAE portfolio of systems
  • Ability to connect statutory and regulatory policy to the functionality in SAM.gov and FPDS.gov
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with relevant software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
