Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our USCYBERCOM team.
Location: On-site at Fort Meade, MD.
Job Description:
- This is an individual contributor role providing project/protocol support
- Provide technical and functional subject matter expertise in selecting and applying project management disciplines to identify cost, performance and schedule issues and mitigations.
- Provide acquisition experience in estimating delivery horizons, identifying/mitigating risks, assessing alternate solutions.
- Participate in the development of infrastructure strategies, develop/review test plans, respond to short notice staff action taskings.
- Chair recurring product integration meetings, sit as the customer’s representative in Program Increment Planning Sessions, coordinate closely with the customer in order to speak on his behalf in cross-functional team meetings.
- Prepare/deliver briefings, develop/present/defend decision briefs using the Military Decision Making Process, schedule/host/chair conferences, review/edit/comment on documents ranging from campaign plans through system designs to component requirements.
- Complete annual training requirements, submit monthly status reports, provide guidance to new staff members, and serve as the institutional knowledge.

Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Government Contracting, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Understands Cyber Mission and grasps implications of policy and operations in cyberspace.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
