Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Senior Associate Project Manager/Operations Planner for our Korea site. We support the "Eighth Army which is America's Pacific Guardians of Freedom". Our team supports C4I functions for the Eighth Army Headquarters and seven Major Subordinate Commands to include tactical communications for multiple theater-level exercises and training events. Eighth Army today stands ready to defend our national interests and those of our allies whenever called upon.

 

As our Project Manager/Operations Planner you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct deliberate IT planning in coordination with supporting units in efforts to meet customer planning objectives.
  • Prepare, plan, and execute training events in support of customer mission requirements
  • Engage and interact with stakeholders in battle rhythm and ad-hoc activities to review project requirements, plans, and status.
  • Participate in telecommunications project management; to include information systems architecture; networking; voice and data communications; risk mangement; electronic analysis; software; methodologies; and modeling and simulation.
Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or closely related field with minimum of 2 years of current Project Planning tasking. 
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) (subject to verification).
  • Active or ability to obtain within 30 days of start any one of the following: DoD 8570.01-M/DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (i.e. Sec+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, or SSCP) (subject to verification) and 
  • Active US Secret Clearance.

DESIRED:

  • Minimum Background Investigation complete NALC\T3 with SSBI\T5 initiated.

Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
