Program Overview
About The Role

Provide systems engineering and integration support to the technical director/chief architect for a department-level customer organization.

 

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Creating system/segment requirements documentation (SRD)
  • Creating interface control documents (ICDs) for integration between systems
  • Preparing white papers on technical topics
  • Providing IV&V support to include RVTM development and creating use cases and test plans
  • Tracking customer's A&A capabilities, tools, and systems
  • Advising on and facilitating expansion of technical and programmatic processes, policies, and frameworks
  • Occasionally coordinating meetings, capturing minutes, and tracking actions
Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience as a systems integrator or project manager
  • Systems engineering expertise, to include:
    • Ability to assess and review system use cases
    • Development and evaluation of system/segment level use cases
    • Development and maintenance of requirements documentation
    • Development and execution of requirements verification test metrics
  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D., or 4 years of additional relevant experience in-lieu of a degree
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph

Desired:

  • Experience with tools such as Confluence, Hive, Jira, TaskIt, and Visio
  • Experience with the customer's AI strategy, governance, and tools
  • Data management experience, to include:
    • Familiarity with customer organization's datasets
    • Understanding of data flows, data repositories, and data catalogs
  • Understanding of the customer's A&A process
  • Experience with Agile development
  • Experience as a scrum master
SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
