We are hiring for a Software Developer/Help Desk Specialist in Chièvres Air Base, Belgium (SOFA position).
What you'll do:
Customer Relationship:
5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD; in lieu of degree, 9 years of applicable experience will be acceptable.
What you'll need:
Demonstrable experience in the fielding, management, configuration, repair and system program aspects of hardware desktop support in an enterprise setting.
Demonstrable experience in Windows 10/11 Professional, Microsoft Active Directory and Storage Area Network (SAN) administration.
Experience in the administration, support, design, and development in the Microsoft 365 cloud.
Expertise in determining customer requirements and automating processes via SharePoint Online and the Power Platform.
