Responsibilities
The candidate will support the PMO with the following activities:
- Working with HM and PMO team to synthesize and apply customer and Peraton requirements for seamless and timely staffing operations.
- Developing, deploying, maintaining, and updating technical solutions
- With the HM and PMO team, engaging with customer representatives to ensure staffing solutions and expectations are meeting their needs.
- Engaging with customer representatives, subcontract companies, and candidates to ensure access and usability for end-to-end staffing support.
- PMO - TA Liaison
- Serve as an expert representative and recruiter for Horizons and BB candidates.
- Reach out to candidates on LS (and respond on HS when applicable) and schedule necessary meetings, bolster relationships with the candidates, and sustain open communications throughout the staffing lifecycle.
- Collect resumes/QMs; aid with editing/writing, as needed.
- Communicate status updates to candidates.
- Manage the contract planner.
- Oversee the iCIMS process (create and update requirements, ensuring alignment with portal entries).
- Subcontractor Liaison
- Receive and review subcontractor’s candidate submissions.
- Quality check resumes and QMs.
- Enter partner submissions into the portal and track viable candidates.
- Maintain communication with partners and provide status updates.
- Manage relevant portal updates.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
- BA/BS and 5+ years of experience; Masters and 3+ years of experience; an additional four years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with the customer.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams Planner.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience using Microsoft Office.
- Three (3) years of experience staffing, interviewing, supporting IC programs, managing staffing lifecycles.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated strong customer and partner relationship building skills.
- Must be able to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, as well as handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve conflicts.
- Experience working with a PMO and staffing team for staff augmentation contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up to support the customer’s needs, clearly communicate (orally & written) ideas, work autonomously, take the initiative to provide creative alternatives to intractable challenges or systemic problems.

Target Salary Range
$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
