Responsibilities

This position is part of a high-impact team delivering insights from data to the sponsor support enabling informed decision making and realization of objectives. The successful candidate is skilled at gathering, manipulating, and understanding data resources to support organizational problem solving. The candidate is responsible for data integrity and data retrieval for multiple Sponsor projects as well as understanding the Department’s mission and how it fits into the larger organization, proactively finding data-based solutions that respond to the organization’s needs.  

The System Integrator provides support in analyzing data, providing insights, and reports, as they relate to various business operations, aggregating data to achieve data-driven insights and results. The SI is responsible for measuring and assessing the effectiveness of the data sets and deals with issues related to reporting, aggregating, combing multiple internal and external data sources, and tracking metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Query and mine data resources to answer ad hoc business questions
  • Receive, gather, analyze and organize information from multiple sources
  • Ensure completeness of received information and reconcile inconsistencies
  • Develop agendas and work stakeholders for Sponsor meetings
  • Respond to metrics and data calls
  • Translate business objectives and user needs into requirements for reporting analytics, and data science projects
  • Establish and maintain physical files
  • Coordinate requests for additional information as needed
  • Prepare documents, reports, summaries and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of relevant information
  • Provide accurate and timely status updates
Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
  • BA/BS and 5+ years of experience; Masters and 3+ years of experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Experience in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to help make informed decisions
  • Experience with capturing data and integrating it into presentations for Sponsor briefings
  • Experience with programmatic activities including tracking actions, documenting management decisions, and providing support to Sponsor systems and processes
  • Ability to support planning, meeting organization, drafting meeting agendas, etc.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and schedules with multiple objectives and priorities
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior customer experience across the organization
  • Familiarity with PowerBI/Tableau

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
