About The Role

Peraton is seeking a seasoned Office Manager who will support and be responsible for overseeing and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the day-to-day operations of a contractor site. The site supports multiple programs under our National Programs business unit within the Space and Intelligence Sector.

 

The Facility/Office Manager plays a key role in creating a positive and productive work environment and will perform a variety of administrative and technical duties in the management of an off-site contractor facility, managing various aspects of the office including, but not limited to:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the facility from corporate and tenant property-owner perspective
  • Performing normal office functions such as ordering and maintaining supplies, supply chain management, vendor relations, maintaining calendars and schedules, directing phone calls, etc.
  • Interacting regularly with IT support teams to ensure office equipment, IT and phones are properly maintained and operational
  • Assisting leadership and other contract employees with facility questions and issues such as IT, phones and facility maintenance
  • Interacting daily with the security team and program personnel to ensure proper security of the facility
  • Overseeing the workspace seating and hoteling system
  • Developing and updating processes and procedures for the facility
  • Arranging meetings and conferences, maintaining and reviewing office documents and artifacts
  • Answering and addressing questions relating to office operation and established policies and procedures
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience

  • Experience coordinating supply and other purchase orders and office equipment maintenance
  • Knowledge of basic IT equipment and computer software, proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment
  • Able to multi-task and take initiative to perform the duties of the program
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Experience coordinating details of major departmental or employee celebrations, meetings, or events
  • TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly

Desired Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with proven problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting IT and phone systems
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with good communication skills, strong judgment
  • Flexibility to provide occasional support outside of core business hours
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, the ability to anticipate assistance needs and initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately
SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
