Responsibilities
  • Manages the administration aspects of  training through activities such as record management, registration, proper facility access, attendance, curriculum and classroom preparations, mobile training team planning, and post training evaluations to ensure the training is conducted in the most efficient and effective manner
  • Manages Registration
    • Liaises with training officers and individual students to create diverse classes for Analysis 101 (A101), Analysis 201 (A201), and National Intelligence Priorities Framework (NIPF) Sessions.
    • Prepares A101 and A201 Welcome Letters tailored to the different instructional facilities.
    • Tracks pre-requisite completion for A201 registration.
    • Establishes the course calendar for the next 18 months; updates the course calendar quarterly.
    • Maintains all A101 and A201 registration materials on an unclassified SharePoint site.
    • Maintains all NIPF registration materials on the customer network.
  • Manages Curriculum and Classroom Preparations
    • Includes organizing student teams, assembling Day 1 folders
    • Setting up the classroom
    • Photocopying all handouts
    • Ordering classroom supplies. 
    • Maintains all A101 and A201 curriculum on an unclassified SharePoint site.
  • Manages Post Training Evaluations
    • Reviews all A101 and A201 course evaluations
    • Compiles the course evaluation summary to include making updates to Agency Attendance Summary, Master Rosters, and Detailed Agency Numbers and posting to the unclassified SharePoint site
    • Submits the course evaluation summary to the Task Lead within three (3) business days
    • Sends the NIPF course evaluation (Intelink Survey) on the customer networks
    • Sends reminder emails
    • Compiles the course evaluation summary and submits to the Task Lead within three (3) business days.
  • Provides or arranges both classified and unclassified meeting space for virtual instruction sessions and mobile training teams
    • Coordinates with instructors, government POCs, and contractor facility POCs to schedule in-person A101 and A201 sessions and ensures all logistical requirements and approvals are in place. 
    • Coordinates with government POCs to conduct site surveys for MTTs and maintains contact from the planning through execution stages of all MTTs,
    • Uses Excalibur to make room reservations and associated IT requests for virtual NIPF sessions and A101 sessions at ICC-B; and ensures all logistical requirements and approvals are in place.
  • Assists with the advertisement of courses and other learning events
    • Updates the A101 and A201 classified and unclassified Intellipedia pages with upcoming classes, dates, deadlines, and other relevant information. 
    • Coordinates with NIPF to schedule monthly virtual sessions.

 

Qualifications
  • Requires a BS/BA with 3+ years’ experience 
  • Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph 
  • Previous training administration experience preferred
  • Previous experience in the Intelligence Community preferred
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Strong attention to detail

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
