Join Peraton in support to USINDOPACOM, its subordinate unified commands, component commands, direct reporting units, standing joint task forces, and strategic mission partners. We will provide enterprise-wide professional services to address staffing gaps and sustain operational readiness during peacetime, wartime, and contingency operations. Our services will cover critical functions that enable effective and efficient mission execution in a dynamic global threat and geo-political security environment across the USINDOPACOM AOR. They include but are not limited to Program Management and Services in Planning, Logistics, Training, Strategic Engagement, Analytics, Business Management and Communication.
As the Training Services Manager, you shall provide comprehensive training services to enhance the operational readiness and effectiveness of the U.S. military, civilian personnel, and foreign partners across various domains and disciplines to include supporting all phases of the Joint Exercise Event Life Cycle (JELC); designing and delivering Command Post Exercises (CPXs), Field Training Exercises (FTXs), and Table-Top Exercises (TTXs) for U.S. military, joint, and combined forces; developing training material and delivering in-person, virtual, and blended training using Live, Virtual, Constructive, Gaming (LVCG) technologies to provide realistic training designed to build readiness, enhance interoperability, and promote integrated deterrence; recommending and developing plans to operate, maintain, and manage, training and exercises; developing and updating training programs based on military doctrine, concepts of operations (CONOPS), tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs); provide technical support to meet training and exercises objectives; arrange and facilitate After-Action Review (AARs) and lessons learned meetings. Provide assessments and analyses of the results and capabilities deployed in training environments.
