Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Vice President - Mission Solutions Executive.
The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as a mission subject matter expert for US Intelligence Community customers. The Mission Solutions Executive focuses on the identification and anticipation of customer needs, creation of investment programs and addressing current program requirements. Specific details of the position include:
- Responsibility for leading the creation, review, and vetting of mission solutions across the life cycle of our Intelligence Community programs, captures and proposals.
- Providing “Voice of the Customer” to business development, technology and engineering and program teams to include into customer organizations and key decision makers.
- Informing our capture teams on the general processes and procedures for the acquisition of new solutions and services within the Intelligence Community.
- Supporting the development of capture and pursuit plans by providing “Day-in-the-Life” perspectives on specific mission areas/customers and storyboarding unique solutions and approaches to addressing customer requirements.
- Providing support to the development and execution of customer engagement plans supporting account/market growth initiatives.
- Assisting our business unit teams in the execution of their current programs including participating in programmatic reviews, engineering reviews and supporting problem solving activities.
- Assist/guide the business unit teams to increase authority, scope, and size across the business and within the Intelligence Community.
- Create, initiate, and support transformative efforts for the business within the Intelligence Community.
- Drive solutions from both a technical and operational perspective to drive growth objectives and create synergies within the business profile specifically targeting the Intelligence Community.
- Provide subject matter expertise driving unique solutions for the organization and customer base specific to the needs of Intelligence Community initiatives and customers.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 20+ years of operational and staff experience within the Intelligence Community
- Support to customer mission operations.
- Subject Matter Expertise in critical national security issues
- Proficient in the process and systems support the collection and analysis of national intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- 25+ years of operational and staff experience with Intelligence Community
- Senior Leadership position within an Intelligence Community customer
- Master’s degree
- Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
Target Salary Range
$229,000 - $366,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
