As a key player on our Cyber Intel team, you'll help design, build, and optimize mission-critical systems. You'll work on everything from developing new features to testing, tuning, and sustaining cloud-native applications that operate at scale. This is a hands-on role in an agile environment with a strong focus on modernization and performance.
Note: This position includes after-hours/on-call support, so we’re looking for someone with a commitment to mission readiness.
We’re looking for a software engineer with strong cloud and backend experience. If you check most of these boxes, we want to hear from you!
Proficiency in Java for distributed systems (bonus points for networking & multithreading experience)
Hands-on experience with Cassandra and Spring Framework
Spark expert? Even better—we need people who know how to develop and manage Spark jobs
Familiar with Kubernetes for deploying scalable, resilient apps
Kafka or RabbitMQ for messaging pipelines
Experience with streaming analytics (e.g., Apache Flink)
Comfortable building and implementing REST APIs
Solid experience in Agile development environments
Linux fundamentals + scripting chops (Python, Ruby, Perl—you pick)
Version control with Git
Familiarity with Maven, Jira
CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
Monitoring & alerting with ELK Stack, Nagios
A Cloud Developer Certification is a major plus
