Contract Administration and Management Support

Peraton is seeking Contract Administration and Management Support for IT Service Providers contracts and awards to assist and collaborate with client on IT contracts to include contracts, purchase orders, call orders, task orders, blanket purchase agreements, and other agreements designated by the Government. May require occassional travel.

Tasks required to perform this function include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Review tasks and deliverables to determine how they will be processed and make recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation and tracking of contract modification documentation and contract closeout documentation, including task orders.
• Assist with post-award administration activities.
• Assist in the preparation of the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) in collaboration with the COR and Government task manager.
• Assist in compiling and drafting information on performance and make recommendations to the COR.
• Participate in program management reviews and other contract management meetings and coordinate with the Government and Service Provider staff as needed.
• Assist in the monitoring of the funding status for assigned contract(s), including monitoring funded and unfunded requirements. Provide recommendations for priority funding.
• Assist in monitoring the contract period of performance and other IT and deliverable schedules and regularly notify the Government of pending expirations and due dates.
• Assist in monitoring the achievement of service levels and other performance measures.
• Assist in monitoring the schedule, deliverables, and contract balances in detail for contracts in collaboration with COR and Government task manager.

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
• Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust) or the ability to obtain one
• Must be U.S. Citizen
• Experience managing IT contracts in DOD environment
• Experience in tracking/creating contract documentation; monitoring of contract deliverables, quality and contract performance.
