Program Overview
About The Role

Peraton is seeking IT Service Requirements Specialist to identify desired services and establish IT requirements for contract statements of work and performance work statements. May require occasional travel.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in requirements development and planning meetings, which will include participation in Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) and other work groups, as required.
  • Assist in preparation and development of various acquisition packages and documents utilizing designated Government tools, templates ensure compliance with identified Federal, DoD and DHA policy, plans, processes, standards and requirements to include but not limited to:
  • Acquisition strategy, acquisition approach, source selection plans, economic analysis, acquisition compliance;
  • Request for Information (RFI), Statement of Objectives (SOO), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Requests For Quotes (RFQ);
  • Special clauses and provisions to address unique program situations;
  • Justifications and Approvals (J&A), Security Requirements (e.g. DD254);
  • Acquisition attachments and exhibits, definitions, deliverables, and delivery schedule requirements;
  • Performance requirements summary, service level definitions, and service performance reporting requirements;
  • Other associated supporting documentation.
  • Assist in acquisition planning and maintaining acquisition schedules.
  • Review and comment on acquisition packages and documents.
  • Facilitate the collection and synthesis of comments on acquisition packages and documents.
  • Provide rationale for acquisition requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on acquisition requirements for both pre-solicitation and during solicitation execution.
  • Provide recommendations on performance measures and requirements for metrics and deliverables.
  • Provide recommendations for performance management and surveillance
  • Strong communication skills, self-starter and ability to multitask and perform various tasks in support of IT Acquisition packages working withing technical teams, Finance and various stakeholders.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D, 16 years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust) or the ability to obtain one.
  • Must be a U.S Citizen
  • Minimum of 8 years experiencing documenting requirements for desired services along with drafting contract statements of work and performance work statements for IT services (Preferred)
  • Must have relevant Federal and DoD contract, requirements, administration guitdance, including FAR, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other governing policies, processes, and procedures.
SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
