Peraton is currently seeking a Network and Computer Systems Administrator to join our Service Desk team of qualified, diverse individuals. The qualified applicants will become part of Peraton’s HHS OIG Information Technology Service Desk Support and Engineering Services Program. The Network and Computer System Administrator – IT Service Desk Technician provides technical assistance to computer users, answers questions; resolves computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically; provides assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
The IT Support Administrator position will be at the HHS OIG Headquarters in Southwest Washington, DC and will provide service to clients located onsite and via other live and non-live channels including telephone, email, and electronic ticket.
