Program Overview
Leading provider of Information Operations (IO) and Irregular Warfare (IW) capabilities to the U.S. government. Integrates Information Related Capabilities (IRC) across multiple domains, environments, and geographic boundaries, supporting both domestic and overseas operation via Information Operations planners, intelligence analysts, cultural advisors, and linguists
About The Role

Peraton currently has an opportunity for a Program Financial Analyst. This is a remote position. The financial analyst will be responsible for populating the monthly OPIAS Draft Non-Labor Invoice for FEDSIM, along with providing commentary/clarifying information consistent with Task Order and other client requirements.

 

Other responsibilities include:

  • Running the necessary Deltek COGNOS reports for Invoice draft population purposes
  • Compiling necessary Peraton and subcontractor cost/invoice detail data in support of invoice preparation
  • Ensuring both Peraton travel expense report detail and subcontractor travel invoice detail are adequate for purposes of completing the travel portion of the Non-Labor Draft Invoice
  • Monitoring weekly incurred cost and collaborate with other team members and Program staff to ensure rapid corrections where applicable
  • Formulate and submit correcting journal entries where applicable
  • Reconcile FEDSIM invoices to the Open Billing Detail Report
  • Accurately track invoice cost data within a multi-dimensional CLIN/Client/Project funding environment
  • Adherence to detail to various Combatant Commands’ funding structure and funding levels
  • Monitoring and invoicing Peraton expatriate housing/Cost Living/Hardship/Hazard allowances and weekly coordination with the OPIAS Program Field Support Manager and submission of OCONUS allowances to the Payroll Group
  • Assist the OPIAS Business Manager with driving speed and efficiencies on invoicing
  • Other projects as assigned by the OPIAS Business Manager
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or closely related) with 8 years of experience or 12 years of experience with no degree
  • Working knowledge of monthly reporting cycles and invoicing
  • Deltek/Costpoint ERP System experience
  • Experience with running/interpreting COGNOS cost reports
  • MS Office Suite (specifically intermediate working knowledge of Excel
  • US Citizenship
SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
