About The Role

Responsibilities:


Senior Planner for the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3), performing a variety of action officer, planning, strategy and program management related functions. Responsible for directing, formulating, and evaluating the effectiveness of the DC3 strategic plan goals and objectives. Conduct reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses of current strategic plan and to evaluate its operational effectiveness. Leads the DC3 planning and participation in national, department, and partner exercises related to the DC3 mission and functions. Conduct research and make recommendations to assist with emerging trends, expansion opportunities, engagements and viability of outside partnerships, agreements related to DC3 partners and stakeholders, and internal process improvements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Military organizational planning and strategy incorporating policies, procedures and processes.
  • Ability to work directly with senior leadership on identifying, collecting, and documenting organizational priorities to develop and augment the DC3 strategic plan.
  • Experience managing the development of objectives, tasks, and action plans based on strategic plan goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess organizational capabilities for advancing established goals and objectives, identifying shortfalls, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Experience with the development and reporting of performance measures that evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of DoD and National strategies, policies, programs, organizations, functions, resources, and legislation affecting the DC3 mission and strategic priorities, and conducting outreach and coordination among associated organizations.
  • Capability to plan and coordinate activities involving national cyber security initiatives to determine appropriate policy and procedures in relation to current tasking and issues.
  • Execute Team Lead duties including mentoring, ensuring cross training, documentation review and taking ownership of execution excellence
  • Coordinate and communicate weekly and monthly accomplishments, task status, as well as monitor and manage SLAs.
  • Associates degree and 10+ years of experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience; OR Master’s Degree and 6+ years of experience. Or 3 years with PhD. However, four (4) years of additional relevant experience or specialized training will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

  • Demonstrated experience working across organizational Lines of Business to ensure mission success
  • Superior organizational skills to analyze, develop, and deliver detailed reports meeting tight suspense windows.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare documents for executive review with limited direction.
  • Ability to work multiple tasks and flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environment to meet organizational tasks and staff actions.
  • Demonstrated experience, proficiency, and knowledge of MS Office productivity suites and collaboration tools.
SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
