Program Overview
A staff augmentation program dedicated to providing expertise and capabilities to IC restricted customer.
About The Role

Peraton is seeking an experienced Business Process Advisor/Systems Integrator that works well within a team dynamic. The candidate will provide a broad range of functions to include administrative support, access control, maintaining accountable property, assisting with various aspects of training, and providing strategic and administrative support for Career Development. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the follow:

  • Reviews and approves account access requests
  • Coordinates onboarding for incoming personnel
  • Updates databases and systems with newly acquired information
  • Writes and distributes meeting minutes
  • Manages accountable property
  • Registers customer for training
  • Identify and schedule courses for customer and contract individuals
  • Maintains record of training requirements associated with mission readiness and overseas travel
  • Maintains database for training events
  • Updates/manages analyst roadmaps
  • Facilitate career development discussions
  • Investigate course offerings outside of the organization that would be applicable to customer development and establish contacts to enroll customers into these courses
  • Track the progression of customer training 
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • An active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
  • BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years of experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Power-Point, and MS Project.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and developing briefings.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team in pursuit organizational goals.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work well with others.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in customer environment
  • Deep historical and institutional knowledge of the customer mission and programs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Details

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
