Program Overview
The program operates and maintains IT infrastructure, enabling the customer to serve as a customer service organization dedicated to providing IT leadership, products, and support.
About The Role

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for training the new CCaaS users and updating the existing internal and external training material, as well as ad-hoc requests for refresher trainings. Must have Genesys Cloud related experience with Genesys Cloud CX: Professional Certificate.  This position will work closely with the existing CCaaS team, especially with the CCaaS Service Desk technicians and another trainer. Travel and after-hours support may be required.

 

The experienced trainer will not only author and update documentation, training materials, procedures, and knowledge bases, but also assist in testing and service desk operational activities, for example: help with the end users’ issues during/after the training. This resource must have the specific skill and advanced experience on Genesys Cloud CX solution.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

 

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must have US Citizenship and be able to obtain the Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years’ relevant work experience, 3 years with a Masters, 0 years with a PhD or 9 years with a HS diploma
  • Strong understanding of Contact Center and CCaaS solutions, specifically Genesys Cloud CX.
  • Experienced with ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence (or Rally) systems.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Genesys Cloud CX: Professional Certificate.

Details

Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
